Ingredients in AQUA GREEN

AquaGreen is an organic mixture of several products that absorb excess moisture from the atmosphere and retain it in the soil profile( humectants), along with beneficial microbes and bacteria that help develop a strong root system for the plant (humates). As soon as moisture is developed in the root system from irrigation or reaching the dew point in the soil, it is immediately absorbed and held till the plant needs to take a drink (hollow sand). The added benefit is a lawn area that needs watering only once every 30 days. If we get a rain shower before that time, you can extend the watering time period an additional 30 days.

Humectants:
Humectants are substances that absorb water from the air. Commonly used in lotions and soaps, humectants pull the humidity right out of the air and create water droplets.

Humates:
Humates are essentially peat moss that has decomposed for at least one million years.Humates increase water saturation of the soil by more than ten times. In addition, the humates feed the living organisms in the soil, and release locked-up nutrients for plant growth holding the essential macro-nutrients of nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium.

Hollow Sand:
Hollow Sands are silica with microscopic pores that when near liquids will absorb available moisture. The moisture is held until it is wicked out of the hollow sand. The hollow sand can be charged with moisture from the humectants, the dew point in the soil twice a day as well as irrigation or rainfall. The hollow sand works in tandem with the humates to keep the soil-web of beneficial bacteria and microbes in peak performance due to the available oxygen in the root system.

AquaGreen sitting in a pile for a few days, can recharge its absorption of moisture simply from the humidity and the dew points being reached in the soil profile. This is the key to how this product can extend watering needs of plants. Moisture is all around us, we simply need a method by which to pull it into the soil for the plant roots. AquaGreen is just that blend of components that pull in this available moisture and return it back to the plant as it looses its internal moisture from evapotransporation.

When AquaGreen is fully saturated and cannot absorb any more moisture, then it acts like regular sand and lets the excess moisture continue to percolate down into the lower soil profiles.

Aqua Green Components Benefits
Humectants Water droplets are pulled directly from the humidity in the air
Hollow Sand Excess Water is immediately absorbed by the hollow sand
Humates Beneficial microbes and bacteria keep the soil living and breathing with a complex soil-web
Hollow Sand Water is created twice a day as the sun rises and sets ( Phase Change) This moisture is immediately absorbed by the hollow sand.
Hollow Sand The root structure grows deeper since there is plenty of moisture.
Humates Each root structure grows more dense since the soil has beneficial bacteria and microbes feeding the plant
Hollow Sand All roots immediately cease growing when they encounter dry dirt. This never occurs since there is always some moisture available.
Humates/Hollow Sand All roots immediately cease growing when they encounter dry dirt. This never occurs since there is always some moisture available. AquaGreen is a Living Soil with beneficial bacteria and microbes which require oxygen to survive. As the Hollow Sand releases moisture to the roots- oxygen is absorbed back into the hollow sand. Likewise as the hollow sand absorbs the moisture, it disperses oxygen back into the soil profile. AquaGreen is a living breathing soil -web.
Humectants The more humidity in the air, the more moisture that is absorbed.
Hollow Sand If too much water is applied, then the hollow sand acts like normal sand and allows the excess moisture to percolate into the deeper soil levels.
